1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the GTA Amore and GTA Ikeja platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our booking services and facilities.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. For 'Pay After Booking' options, rooms are held for a maximum of 60 minutes. Failure to complete payment via our secure gateway (Paystack) within this window will result in automatic cancellation to release inventory for other guests.
3. Guest Conduct
GTA Hotel maintains a strict policy regarding guest conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in illegal activities, disturb the peace of other residents, or damage hotel property. Damages will be billed to the credit card on file.
4. Limitation of Liability
GTA Hotel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, including loss of personal belongings not stored in provided room safes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.
